GHCS Responsibilities

GHCS were instructed to take pre and post contract responsibility of all Capgemini projects, Toltec Data Centre being one of many. Our responsibilities on this project were to advise Capgemini on the designs available to suit their requirements of upgrading this building from a Tier 2 to a Tier 3 data centre and to assess the real value of these options and the most practical way forward. All typical Commercial Management tasks were undertaken for SPIE Matthew Hall and both contractor and the end user were extremely pleased with the outcome.

GHCS Responsibilities

GHCS were instructed to take financial control of this very prestigious project half way through the contract. Our responsibilities were all standard Commercial Management tasks as well as sifting through and agreeing an extremely complicated series of variations with Pipetechs client.
